For those who are planning to visit Buracai de Laiya, here’s a little guide for you! Hope this will help.
HOW TO GET THERE?
By bus: (From Manila)
* Catch a bus bound to Lipa in bus terminals in Cubao / Buendia.
*Drop off to Sm city lipa.
*Take a van going to San Juan , tell the driver to drop off at Laiya Terminal, and down to Brgy. Hugom San Juan Batangas.
*Then tricycle going to Buracai de laiya hotel and resort. (The local drivers will take there but there's a lot of agent will assist you to go there.)
Mnl-Lipa = Php. 124
Lipa-San Juan= Php. 70
SanJuan- Laiya (Brgy.Hugom) = Php. 40
Tricycle (depende kung ilan kayo bes) = Php. 100- 150
Day tour rate: Php 800 (with lunch inclusion)
travel time: 3 - 4 hrs. from Manila
The offered types of food in the restaurant ranges from Php300.00 and up but it's worth it, it's for sharing .
TRIVIA: The name Buracai was derive from the surname of the owners; BURA from Burabod and CAI from Cay.

Palawan The Great

It’s hard not to fall in love with Palawan. With jagged cliffs jutting out of sparkling turquoise waters, it is like something out of a movie.
Palawan is a bit isolated from the main clustering of islands that make up the Philippines. Being that it takes some time to get there. We had just ventured to the charming oceanside town of El Nido, we were convinced that it was worth 1 flights and a 6 hour by land ride.
El Nido is set in a boat-filled bay with cliffs looming in the background. Though the town is charming in itself, the beauty that we were seeking was just a boat ride away. The Philippines is a country made up of 7,107 islands. and more than 1,700 of those belong to Palawan. And so it seems fitting that one activity everyone seems to do while in El Nido is to partake in the famous island hopping tours. Eventually we did and it was hella tiring. But hey, it was enjoyable enough and our family seemed to be amazed too.
Besides from that, we also went freediving with Palawan Divers. We went on this adventure with a highly regarded company called Palawan Freedivers. It is run by Florent, a Frenchman who recently made the Philippines home. He opened this freediving school to share his passion with others.I imagined freediving to be a sort of a cross between Scuba diving and snorkeling but I found it to be quite different.
Bohol - My Dear Glorious Land
The primary reason most people visit the Philippines is for the beaches, and for I were no exception also. That said, there is far more to this diverse country than white sand and aqua waters and it would be a shame not to venture past the tourist spots.
After doing quite a bit of research for destinations “off the beaten path”, my family decided to make the journey to Bohol.
Our first stop was to see tarsiers.
What is a tarsier, you ask? They are one of the world’s smallest primates. Though they used to be found around much of the world, tarsiers are currently nearing extinction and can only be found in Southeast Asia. They have long, spindly fingers, furry bodies, and tails. Their distinguishing feature though, is their gigantic, bulging eyes. I’ve heard them described as looking like a “teddy bear getting a colonoscopy”. Just Google them. Cute, huh? In captivity these furry little guys are said to commit suicide, yet sadly, many places still keep them in cages to attract paying tourists. The sanctuary we visited is one of the only places you can view these nocturnal creatures in their natural habitat. They are also working to restore the population of this critically endangered animal.
Second is the Chocolate Hills
After seeing a few tarsiers, we hopped back on our Toyota Hiace and rode on to the famous Chocolate Hills. In the center of Bohol, stand more than one thousand huge, dome-shaped piles of dirt. They received the tantalizing name due to the brown color of the grass during dry season. Not quite as sweet of a name anymore, is it?
LaStly, We went Firefly Kayaking
We’ve been lucky enough to experience some incredible natural wonders. Now we can add another phenomenon to our list: seeing a "firefly tree". It's a rare occurrence, but when conditions are just right, fireflies will gather on one tree and illuminate it in an undulating glow. We booked our trip through Kayakasia, an eco-friendly company that organizes all sorts of kayaking adventures around Bohol. It was the Most Magical Night in the Philippines.
Boracayin' This Summer!
Boracay - won a "lottery" of sorts. Let’s just say that if there was a beauty pageant for beaches, this tiny island in the Philippines would take the crown. And I suppose in some ways, Boracay has won a “pageant”. For several years, the combination of powdery white sand and turquoise waters has landed Boracay at the top of countless lists, proclaiming it the world’s best beach.
However, being named among the best beaches in the world comes at a price. Boracay is far from undiscovered, and we were hardly the only foreigners. Unlike the beaches in Miami or Hawaii though, it never felt crowded.
We traveled to the Visayas with our Lolo Daddy. Together we’d escaped the slums of Batangas for a bit, and felt no need to do anything besides relax and soak up the sun. My cousins and I spent our days sipping fruity drinks on the beach and wandering through what seemed to be a life-sized screen saver. Yes, Boracay had become my screen saver before. We even pampered ourselves with a body massage on the beach. And the price for one hour of pure relaxation, you ask? Just a 150 Pesos.
Sounds pretty perfectly fun, doesn’t it? Well, I haven’t yet got to the most beautiful part.
The sunsets in Boracay are a sight that cannot be removed in your mind. Mind-blowing combinations of yellows and purples filled the sky as sailboats floated past us. They were without a doubt the most stunning sunsets we have ever seen. And I imagine they will be hard to top.
So if you really wanna experience the true fun of Boracay, I suggest you to go visit there for a few days. You might see me there this summer cause it happens to be that my lolo lives near that please.

Laresio In Love 💖
For months, I've been searching for something beyond the usual kick of the valentines date and summer fun. A place to escape from the bustling echo of the city life and at the same time enjoy some thrilling activities me and my boyfriend haven't tried before. I came across an awesome video of a guy sliding down the lake and caught myself finishing the full video of exciting treats I was itching to do with him, right there and then I I decided where we will go this Febuary 17 2017. Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa is located in Los Baños Laguna, built and situated at the lakeside to strategically capture everyone's attention especially the seekers of outdoor adventures. It's a place you can enjoy in less complexity of traveling far, I honestly never thought that there's something more like this in Los Baños, Laguna. It was a weekday when we paid a visit, left at 11am, arrived at 12pm. We went to a sweet lunch before hitting the waters.
We were welcomed by the resort's staff. As usual my expectation of kindness and hospitality exceeded. Overwhelmed of which activities we'll first try with the full stretch wide selection of adventures, we first satisfied ourselves by witnessing how the other visitors enjoy the fun. I can't even take off the grin of excitement in my face. As I, an adrenaline junky would like to try everything there and as my boyfriend the scaredy cat on both of us, was scared AHAHAHHA. But eventually the tables have turned for me. The moment I stepped on the plank (15 feet jump) my heart started to jump out of my chest. But hey, I still did it. We both enjoyed :D

Masasa ma Life!

That also left my head baffled. But hey, let us have a little discussion about this place, yea?
Not so far from Manila is a beautiful beach located at the southern part of Batangas. A 4-hour bus and boat ride will bring you to Tingloy, Batangas where the royal beach of Masasa is located. It has a clear inviting water, very relaxing surrounding and a place that is serene, enough for relaxing!
How to get there?
If you're in manila, DLTB buses in Buendia terminal offers a trip going to Batangas terminal. From there, ride a jeepney bound to the port in Anilao then tell the driver to drop you at Talaga port then ask for the boats bound to Tingloy island. From Tingloy port ride, ride a tricycle going to Masasa beach. You will be dropped off near the rice fields, 10-15 minute walk away from the beach.
When you get there, if you have a tent, CAMP OUT! IT WILL BE FUN! But if you have a budget then there are kubo rentals there that cost 200 pesos per head. If you would like to have a room of your own, the rate starts at 700 good for two persons. You would have your own comfort room and kitchen. For larger group accommodation, a two-storey Bahay Kubo that can house 20-30 guests. The rate starts at 2000 pesos depending on the number of the guests.
Total expenses:
- Bus (Manila to Batangas grand terminal): 157php/head
- Jeep (BGT to Talaga port): 37php/head
- Passenger boat (going to Tingloy Island): 65php/head
- Tricycle (to Masasa Beach): (60php/ride) devided by 2 = 30php/head/ride
Total transportation: 289php/head x 2 = 578php/head round trip
- Accommodation: 200php/head
- Food: 220php/head
TOTAL: 998php
That leaves you 2 pesos. Bili ka nalang ng candy HAHAHAHAHA
In the Cove of Canyon
I'll just leave that there. All those who have their heart for the sea, ocean or any body of water will understand that.
I'll have something to give to those who loves to be touched by the salty water in a shore at the beach. Who wouldn't love the beach right? Except those who have phobia with water lol. I personally love the beach. Ecstatic always to see the beach because it calms my soul. It gives me inner peace. Today, I'll give you a bit luxurious place but in the end, it will all be worth it.
This place, a bit expensive but the feeling it gives you, it's priceless. A secluded beach, this simple yet luxurious resort in multiple buildings among tropical gardens. Modernized rooms with balconies, terraces feature, huge flat-screen TVs, mini fridges to put food on and pull-out sofas for extra guests. I tell you, it maybe a little bullet in you pocket but when you get there, your feeling will be amazing.
But hey, when you plan to only have a day tour, it's not really that expensive. It'll just cost you 350 for the entrance fee. With that, you have access to the pools, kid's play land, restaurants and most importantly, the breath-taking beach.

Isabel's Paradise
Soooo yeaaa, I'm back again with an update. This days, promoting beaches, adventure-worth places are posted in medias for those who want to travel but with an affordable budget. Well, since I have a travel blog, might as well promote mine right?
Club Balai Isabel ~ A place in Talisay,Batangas. It's one of the most famous places in Batangas where in it was very visited by some of the foreigners and the famous people here. I may say that one part of it is very expensive and one part is affordable. For the hotel rooms there are Standard Room / Superior Room / Superior Room with View / Deluxe Room /
Recently, I went there for some personal reason. They have this new place, just connecting with the main, is the newly built "Lakefront Mansions". I'm just saying. It's expensive. From the word itself, MANSIONS, it sounds expensive. When I heard it myself from my Tita Cecille (The Owner), I almost fainted. LIKE HELLO! IT COST 17k PER NIGHT. NOT IN THE WHOLE MANSION BUT IN JUST ONE OF THE ROOMS ITSELF. Too expensive? Oh I tell you, when you see the whole room, you'd be enlighten why it is that expensive. The room comes in with 2 king sized beds, A REALLY LAGRE TV (Like 49-52 inches), plus the "Luxurious" bathroom. And the whole room and cozy and spacious. The aroma is quite pleasing. I can sleep there all day and not go out for like 3 days. I tell you, it's really gorgeous.
Aside from the inside features of this very beautiful place, the outside it quite relaxing and pleasing. This place is really big that's what they have a lot of activities. There are a lot of hidden pools but the most visited pool is the infinity pool in front of the taal lake.
I'm not going to spoil you with a lot of picture but if you really want to see, then go there for a try. Their service too is really pleasing. Everybody is really nice.

ROAD FEELS 2
Yaaaaa! So yea, Hey guys! Sorry for the late update because I just got back from a wonderful holiday vacation. I'm really exhausted from the whole trip. Speaking of trips, WHO WANTS TO GO ON A ROAD TRIP!! I'LL BE THE DRIVERRRR!
Ps. I am a great driver. LOL. F&F FEELS GUYS.
LONG ROAD TRIPS ~ Aren't they beautiful? Aren't they the best? Well, I mean just not for a straight 9-hours-trip without any stopovers. My ass would hurt a lot. So yea, me, myself and I love road trips. Especially with my friends who are really great companions whenever we're inside the car. They make the trip more fun. Like what I said in my previous posts, road trips are one of the best. You get to see a lot more than in your actual destination. Nothing can beat a spontaneous road trip while cruising down the highway with the sun kissing your car windows and burning your thighs. Imagine yourself with your family or friends, listening to your favorite travel playlist while sharing interesting life stories and visiting your favorite stopover locations so you can stretch and hit the road again. Or maybe you can buy food and pig out along the way.

The good thing about driving across every road here in PHL is that you have plenty of time to think because of traffic. YAS HAHAHA YOU READ THAT RIGHT! TRAFFIC. Iw will make you wait, it's enough to make a decision on where to go and where to eat. But hey, atleast you get to spend time with friends and all. Bonding and all. Unless you're alone. That's quite lonely. Sad lifeee. Or or! When you drive at night. There's no traffic, you can go Fast and the Furious all you want just don't get caught. Just joking, to have a great road trip is having a responsible driver. The roads are not as straight as it can be because sometimes you will take a right or a left or go around a rotonda. HAHAHA! See what I did there? Not good? Im sorry. there is no traffic and there’s nothing to look at. You can steer with one hand and one foot (If you have an automatic transmission car), so basically you’re just sitting in a rectangular figure for hours but it's still relaxing.
The other great thing about driving across PHL are… No, wait don’t tell me yetttt. I have something more than that. I mean atleast I did. But i think i forgot buttttt waitttt! WAITTTT! It’s uhmmm… Oh yes oh no, yesssss, no, the fact that you have a lot of time to think and bond with your friends. Although maybe I already mentioned that in the upper part.
But hey, im not gonna tell everything. You have to feel it yourself. And tell me what you feel. Just comment right down belowww! And maybe I can feature you for the part 3 of this post HIHIHI. LOVE YOU GUYSSS!
